Titanium Hex Flange Race Spec Bolts

Our titanium bolts are manufactured from Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) Motorsport grade Titanium which offers extreme strength with the added benefit of extreme weight saving. Titanium provides excellent corrosion resistance, not rust and will continue to look good. Titanium Hex Flange Race Spec Bolts are fully CNC machined with rolled threads and are a fraction of the weight of the standard steel bolts while maintaining the same strength characteristics. Our bolt heads are forged for even higher torque values and all threads are rolled for to further increase the tensile strength.

These Race Spec titanium bolts are machined pre-drilled hole on hex across flats to allow for ease of lock wiring. In addition to this useful feature these have reduced socket size, and scooped out head to give an incredible 46% weight saving when compared with steel equivalents.
