Trade Terms

1, Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.

2, Payment terms: Wire transfer, PayPal, Western Union, etc.

3, Package: Polybag inside, exporting carton/wooden case outside.

4, MOQ: For standard fasteners, MOQ is 100 pieces for each size to arrange production; for partial order(less than 100 pieces), unit price will be increased of 20% minimum. If we have stock of the products that customers need, then no MOQ and unit price keeps the original price.

5, Shipping ways: Express(DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS, etc.), Air freight, Sea freight.

6, If for customized products, customers should accept the “More or Less”principle. For example, if you only order 100 pieces, the exact number of finished products may between 100-110 pieces. The ratio is 10%. Customer should also buy the extra pieces as they are not the standard fasteners and there is no use us keeping them in stock.

7, Our quotation is valid for 15 days. And we will execute the order in the best way after confirmation with customer, unless unpredictable accidents occurred.

8, Being our quality assurance assumed for all the products we supply. If any possible defects found, please declare it clearly by emails to us within 30 days of receipt of products. All the defects that caused by normal-wear, poor maintenance and mistreatment are excluded from quality warranty. After our inspection, we will replace, remake or refund theproducts that are of inferior-quality.

9, Any possible order cancellation presupposes our written agreement and acceptance of costs already incurred to our company.
